FAQ

I am very busy. Is sticking to the schedule each week and making coaching calls mandatory for the course?

No. I’m a busy mom with a zillion things on my plate. I get it! I want this course to be flexible for YOU. The coaching calls will be recorded each session and shared via email so you can watch it on replay at any time! All modules are lifetime access so your pace is decided by you! With that being said, you will get the MOST out of the course when you are able to show up to a majority of the calls and stick with the module schedule relatively.

How do the coaching calls work?

Weekly calls over Zoom each week! All coaching calls are in groups so you’ll get to see the lovely faces of your fellow boot campers and me! This is your chance to ask all your questions on any of the modules, struggles your having, and hear questions from other women going through similar things. This is where the magic of coaching happens. Need support between calls? That’s what Facebook is for!

I’m really interested in joining, but I’m worried about money and feel stuck. Is there anything I can do?

That’s exactly why the payment plan options exist. I want you to invest in yourself and feel good about it! However, I want you to dig a little deeper on your money story. If you are drawn to this program, why? What is it offering that you are struggling with right now? What would your life look like if you were able to recognize habits that aren’t serving you and be able to form new ones that do? How badly do you want to change the negative thoughts that keep you in fear and lack? A lot of times, it’s not about the money. We spend a lot on things that feel good in the moment (a new outfit, Starbucks, Target) and there’s is no shame in that. We like to see and feel results. But when you picture the life you want and the vision you have for yourself, what does that look like? Are you investing in that long-term vision? What will serve you best and move the needle forward toward your dreams?

Only you can decide that.

Also, if you you don’t invest, what is your alternative plan to work on your confidence, self-sabotaging behaviors, and habit building? If you have a really solid answer to this. Great! My mission is to see women change and believe in themselves. Period. The point is, it needs to be an empowered decision you feel good about, but try to separate the fear out. I am no stranger to scary investments. BUT When I trust my intuition and go with the things I’m drawn to…it has never not worked out.

Can your program guarantee results?

The short answer. I’m not you. You have to show up for yourself, you have to invest in yourself, you have to be willing to do the work. I can say without hesitation if you show up and do the work, transformation is inevitable. My program is built based on my education and experiences in transforming peoples lives, including my own.

Can’t I just read all this in a book, online, or watch a Ted Talk?

Real answer. Probably. Google really does have all the answers. But, I built my program to get you results, and to get them quickly. Working with a coach is also personal and directly connecting your problems to a solution. This is a high touch coaching experience which means that I am here to serve you, hold you accountable, give you my guidance and insight, AND the more you share the more I know and can help you with. It’s a beautiful process. One that you cannot get from the google machine.
